This modern home is set with an exquisite style in Akkaraipattu. Since Akkaraipattu is a tropical city located in the eastern province of Sri Lanka, It is very important to design the home adoptable to the hot environment.
The home was designed by considering the natural factors of the environment however this luxury home is also represent the minimalistic idea. By breaking the reality of the houses in the hot climatic areas, this Project is named The Surreal.
The exterior was formed by .combining framed concrete facades, grills with climbers and timber louvers.
One of the highlighted feature of the front view is Framed concrete façade which creates a stunning look to the house. It is also makes the visitors astonished with the addition of potted Plants.
The interior design concept was developed considering the climatic condition of the city. Use of a wide space where the air can flow naturally through the windows is a crucial feature of the interior. Meanwhile, the visitors hall will be bright and warm place for the visitors to hangout.
Living Room of the house is cleverly designed by our architects in order to give a happening look. The concrete textured wall gives a contrast to the bright room with its shades of grey. Hence it gives a sophisticated look to the living room for a happy family.
